All reservations need to be confirmed either in writing or with a 50% deposit (either by direct transfer or credit card)

We reserve the right to cancel reservations that have not been confirmed as per cancellation policies.

Email reservations
When confirming reservations via email credit card details will be required and a 50% deposit will be deducted from the card as security for the reservation. The balance to be settled on departure.
Fax reservations / telephone reservations
Once you have made a reservation you will receive reservation details. You will be required to complete this from and return via fax. The credit card details will be used as security and the full amount is payable on departure.
Cancellations: 14-1 day prior = 50% of reservation value
day of arrival / no show = 100% of reservation value
